NW23 This washer based necklace colored with vibrant dark blue & turquoise hued alcohol inks has a 2” navy blue silk tassel & is centered with a hammered black metal circlet & there is an organiz turquoise glass dangle on the chain. The black metal chain closes with a lobster clasp. This necklace’s approx. overall length is 28”. The back is also finished with the front’s color array. Both sides have then had depth & shine added with a layer of UV resin. $30 SOLD
